Position: Performance Marketer

Location: Delhi

Must Have: 1 -2 years of experience

    Job Description:

  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  • Work with Digital Marketing to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise audience strategies.
  • Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
  • Should have experience in running ads on DV360, Search 360 & other relevant Programmatic Media Buying experience

Position: Business Development Executive

  • Candidate with min experience of 1-2 years.
  • Be responsible for all incoming queries via chat support and calls.
  • Qualify any possible leads from existing customers and coordinate with the team.
  • Ability to understand customers service needs and develop and execute customer plans in line with the sale organisation’s objectives
  • Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts
  • Comfortable in working with Sales Target and Proven Track Record of meeting sales targets.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • Passion, desire and motivation to sell and close new business
  • Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel skills for reporting and lead management
  • Good cold calling experience and robust follow up rituals for sales closure
  • Excellent phone presence and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player.
